On April 24th, Global Lyme Alliance will host its annual 5K walk/run to raise funds and awareness for Lyme disease. As you know, I am actively involved with this group. They are doing tremendous work to fund research for an accurate diagnostic test and better treatment options for those with Lyme. Jake and Ryan have both had Lyme - Ryan had a very severe case. As vigilant as I am, it is so easy to miss a tiny tick and I will not have Lyme destroy the childhood of my children! Please join me in my fundraising efforts.
