Get out your ripped jeans, mess up your hair, and get ready to ROCK: the Rock n Roll 5k Race & Family Walk will have you dancing to a LIVE ROCK CONCERT PERFORMED THROUGHOUT THE COURSE!

We have facepainting, hula hooping, a limbo contest, 3 Kid's Races, and FREE FOOD at the after party! If this is your first time at one of our races, bring the whole family because there's something for everyone.
Walkers, strollers, and long-haired guitarists are welcome to support this event! Nearly half of the participants walk/jog the course, so don't be intimidated!
ADULT: $22
YOUTH (under 19): $16
KID'S RACE (under 10): $7
Late registrations (after May 15) will cost an additional $5, so register now!
Course
6 Live Rock Music Stations throughout the course!
The Rock n' Roll 5k course begins at North Attleboro High School, goes around the neighboring streets to finish with a loop around North Attleboro High School's brand new turf field, where runners will be welcomed back with a Rock Concert and reception!

Top 3 Overall finishers for men and women will receive medals and donated prizes. A Rock n' Roll costume contest will be held for best-dressed individual and swaggiest-team!
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in the following age divisions:
10-15
16-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60+
AND... the fastest team will also win an award! (we will average the 5 fastest runners of each team)
Early Bib Pickup & T-Shirts
Early Pickup:
Shirts, bibs, and registration will be available for pickup during the North Attleboro High School Fine Arts Festival in the North Attleboro High School Lobby on Thursday, May 16 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. It's a free concert and art show, so bring the whole family and stay a while! If you miss early pickup, you can still collect your things on Race Day (May 19) from 8:00-9:30 a.m. (there might be a long line, so arrive early!)
T-Shirts:
Shirts will only be guaranteed if pre-ordered by April 30, and will be very limited supply if requested afterward. Extra shirts will be sold at early bib pickup for $10 until supplies run out.
Kid's Races
Children aged 2-10 are eligible to run in our Kid's Race! Registration is only $7, and medals of participation will be provided to ALL children in the Kid's Race.
Kids should order the XS size of the race shirt (if desired)
The Kid's races will begin at 9:30 a.m. on the track (around the Turf Field)
Distances will be 1/8 mile for 2-3 year olds, almost a 1/4 mile for the 4-6 yr olds, and almost 1/2 mile for 7-10 year olds.
Parents ARE allowed to hold the hands of the 2-3 year-old children, if desired.
Post Race Rock Concert
We're hiring a rock band, having hula-hoop contests, face painting, a kid's race, foods, beverages, and much more. Celebrate the start of summer with this fun family-friendly event that supports our local music department!
Our professional photographers will be watching, so rock your dance moves and maybe you'll make it into our promo pics next year's race!
Parking
Traffic directors will point you to the closest available spots in the many parking lots around North Attleboro High School and Middle School. These are all very close to the registration tables and start line!
