Fifth Annual Superhero 5K

I the undersigned, RELEASE and discharge the City of Cambridge, HAVE2RUN Productions, USATF and their respective officers, employees, agents and volunteers and the race sponsors from any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses of whatever kind or nature which I may have or acquire arising out of or resulting, directly or indirectly, from my participation in the Superhero 5K Run Walk (hereafter Race). I agree to indemnify all against any claim, damage, loss or expense of whatever kind or nature that the race may have to pay that arises from my participation in the race. I also grant my permission to use photographs, motion pictures or video tapes of me participating in this event for any purpose whatsoever. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event, I also understand that there are no refunds regardless of the circumstances and that I must be present to receive my race t-shirt.
