Rotary 5K Road Race, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs and executors,
waive and release forever and discharge any and all claims
for damages which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to
me against all sponsors including their agents, the Meriden Rotary
Club, the City of Meriden and their officers, agents, assigners, and
volunteers. I further certify that I am in satisfactory physical condition
and have made ample preparation for running a 5K or have
