About Burbank Community YMCA Turkey Trot
Proceeds from the Burbank Turkey Trot benefit the Burbank Community YMCA membership assistance program which helps make the Y’s programs available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The Burbank Y gives out more than $300,000+ in financial aid annually!
Every day, we take on the challenges that will shape our community’s future—challenges like providing access to early childhood education and addressing chronic disease. Our cause-driven organization involves members – from the very young to retired seniors – in a variety of programs that provide people of all ages, ethnicities, lifestyles and income levels with the opportunity to become stronger in spirit, mind and body. Together with 9,000 Burbank Y members and program participants, 400+ volunteers and friends and partners throughout the community, we make Burbank stronger by focusing on three priorities: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
