Our 10th annual NCSAA 5k...and the months leading up to this one have been quite interesting for me, personally. I had COVID at the end of May, and I have not yet fully recovered -- still dealing with headaches and fatigue that my doctor has told me are likely to eventually go away. But...this has made it nearly impossible for me to train for the 5k this year. Just this last week, some of my energy seems to be SLOWWWWWWLLLY coming back...so I'm hoping to be able to at least train to walk the entire 5k (and still have an outside hope that maybe I can run).
I would greatly appreciate your consideration of supporting me in my commitment to participate in the 5k again this year -- as a way to support the work that NCSAA (the non-profit organization that I founded) does with young people, schools, and their communities through the year.
