Event Information
About This Event
Helping Hearts for Hadley Schools is a 501c3 non-profit organization that strives to encourage adults and children in the Hadley community to get active and at the same time raise funds towards special initiatives for our schools.
Course Info
The Helping Hearts course is a fast and flat loop, with water stops offered just after each mile marker. The 5K route is USA Track and Field (USTAF) sanctioned; offering accurate distance measurement and the opportunity to record finish times for future qualifications.
Number Pick-Up
Numbers can be picked up at Hadley Elementary School from 3:30 - 6:30 PM on Thursday, April 4 and Friday, April 5. Participants can also register for the race during number pick-up times.
Race Day
Parking and race-day registration will open at 9:30 AM on Sunday, April 7. This event is rain or shine. We offer indoor restroom facilities and the registration desk is indoors as well. As much as we all LOVE our 4-legged friends, we cannot allow dogs at this event, as it is on school property. There will be a family-friendly "block party" immediately following the race; with a DJ, food for purchase, and awards for the top runners in each age category.

I further agree that if, despite this Agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim for Liability against any of the Released Parties, I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any such Liabilities which any may be incurred as the result of such claim.
