Why The Jog for Joy 5K?
In the MetroWest region teens experience depression and anxiety at rates higher than the national average, and the rate of suicidality amongst teens is staying steady (MetroWest Adolescent Health Study, 2016). We are not going to just sit back and watch this trend continue. The proceeds from this fun-run are supporting the work already being done by The Needham Youth & Family Services Department's to connect teens to the care they need to live healthier, more hopeful lives. Join us in working toward a brighter MetroWest region!
