About the Falmouth Education 5K Virtual Run/Walk
The Falmouth Education 5K is an annual walk/run that supports the Falmouth Education Foundation and the Falmouth Public Schools. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to register for this year's virtual event, and participate in a safe and socially responsible way. We hope that you will join us by running or walking on roads or trails close to your home, running or walking on your personal treadmill; or engaging in an alternate form of physical activity at your home that equals the approximate number of steps that it takes to run/walk 3.1 miles. Please observe social distancing recommendations, and avoid gathering with anyone who lives outside your home to complete your activity.

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claim to damages I may have against FALMOUTH EDUCATION 5K WALK/RUN, the Town of Falmouth, ROAD RUNNERS CLUB OF AMERICA, and any and all participating race sponsors and the directors, officers, employees and agents of such parties, their representatives, successors and assigns for any expenses in the event of an accident, illness or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses. I also give permission for the free use of my name, my voice, and/or my picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. I further attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for competition in this event. I understand that I will be disqualified if I cover or alter my running number, sell it or give it away. I understand that the entry fees are not returnable even if the race is canceled.
