Mission Possible V is a virtual 5k/ 1m run benefiting the Washington City Mission's Crabtree Kovacicek Veterans House. The Crabtree Kovacicek Veterans House is a Veteran's only housing facility for homeless veterans.
Race Information
Wear your red, white, and blue and run your race anytime between Saturday August 1 and Saturday August 15th. Take a picture of you running your race and upload them to your social media with the hashtag #missionpossiblerun

Option 1- Pay $25 Registration fee before August 8th and pick up your event t-shirt at VFW Post 764 McMurray, PA on September 8th - 12th 9am-4pm
Option 2- Pay $35 Registration fee before August 8th and have your event t-shirt mailed directly to you beginning on September 8th
Washington City Mission's Crabtree-Kovacicek Veterans House
America asks a lot of its military men and women, but when they return home, too many find that life as a veteran is more challenging than life during active duty.
The City Mission opened in 2018 the Crabtree-Kovacicek Veterans House, a new and critically needed, 22-bed home for homeless veterans in Washington, Pennsylvania. It is the first of its kind in this region.
Help the City Mission raise funds to support the Crabtree-Kovacicek Veterans House, and know that your support will help provide essential, life-changing programs and services that are designed specifically to address homeless veterans’ unique needs and concerns.
For some of our U.S. Veterans, the war is over, but the peace has yet to come.

Race Waiver
Each participant, and parent or guardian of youth participants, must agree to this Waiver for themselves and on behalf of any youth participant whom they are registering. Please read carefully.
I understand that walking and running in races are potentially hazardous activities. As a participant in the Mission Possible 5K Benefitting the City Mission's New Veterans Residential Facilty (walk or run) (the “Event”), I, for myself, my executor, administrators, heirs, devises and/or assigns, do hereby do waive and release the Mission Possible 5K, the City of Washington, the County of Washington, the event site, the City Mission, their management, their officers, board members, employees, members, sponsors, volunteers, organizers or their representatives, or their successors and all cooperating businesses and organizations, from any and all claims of injuries, damages, demands, actions, illnesses, death and causes whatsoever in any matter arising from or growing out of my participation, or that of my child in the event. I assume every risk associated with participating in the Event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with Event participants or volunteers or with vehicles, the effects of the weather, and course conditions, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I attest that I will participate in this Event as a footrace, that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this Event. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to use my name and likeliness, as well as any photographs and any record of this Event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion.
I understand that the $25 registration fee is a non-refundable gift to the City Mission to benefit the new Veterans Residential Facilty in case of withdrawal on my part or cancellation due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic.
