The Movement Voter Project Running for Democracy Virtual 5K

This is a virtual 5K. Run or walk your favorite course with friends or alone. Track your time with your favorite app or device.

If you need help in plotting a course, here are a few suggestions:
• 12.5 times around a standard 400 meter outside track
• 25 times around a standard 200 meter indoor track
• Measure by driving 3.1 miles (5K) in your car.

Run any time during the week of August 23-29, being sure to run by noon on the 29th. This just happens to be the week of the Republican National Convention.
