Butt Kickerz Virtual Run/Walk - NOW Thru MARCH 31
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and you're invited to join a movement of people working together toward a common goal: to increase screening and save lives from colorectal cancer (CRC).
Butt Kickerz Virtual Walk/Run is a family friendly, hope-filled event open to all ages worldwide. And we’re including a 1-mile turnaround and 5K to make it inclusive for all abilities. Want to go the distance? Run the 13.1 half or 26.2 full marathon.
All registered participants will receive Runner's SWAG including a Butt Kickerz Race Tee, custom engraved Race Medal and Race Bib.
Complete your challenge at your convenience, anywhere, anytime - before the end of March. The month long virtual event is dedicated to celebrating colorectal cancer survivors, supporting those who fight, and honoring those we have lost to the disease.
This run is the ideal opportunity for anyone who’s been affected by colorectal cancer, friends, and family to come find strength and support collectively working together for an important cause.
Your participation contributes toward funding money for raising awareness, research and cures. Our efforts focus on preventing cancer through encouraging on-time screening, awareness, and education for the nation's No. 2 cancer killer.

What is a Virtual Run/Walk
A virtual race is a walk/run that can be done anywhere you choose, at any pace, and any day before the end of March. We welcome runners, walkers, and joggers of any age. Complete your challenge at your convenience. The goal of this event is to be the world's largest virtual race for a cure. Though you can even use your treadmill, one of the reasons for hosting this event is to get people outdoors.
How Does it Work?
This event is a fun run, so the only winner is you for getting out there and being active. You can run your race at your own pace, wherever you like. You can also submit your time for whichever distance race you run to see how you compare to others.
What Are The Events?
We've included four virtual events for all ages and abilities. Walk the 1-mile turn and 5K or run the 13.1 half or 26.2 full marathon. This is a family friendly, hope-filled fundraising virtual run/walk open to all ages worldwide. Cost stays the same regardless of which event you sign up for and every registered participant will receive with a race tee, custom event medal and bib.
Can I Participate if I Live Abroad?
Yes, we anticipate runners from around the globe participating.

This year in the United States, 50,830 people are expected to die of the disease and 142,820 cases of colon cancer will be diagnosed, according to the American Cancer Society. It is the second leading cause of cancer death.
