About This Event
The 2nd Annual RAMS PRIDE 5K is a fun and healthy way to support the PBIS initiatives of Linglestown Middle School! Racers and Walkers have the option of participating in person or virtually this year. The in person event will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Linglestown Middle School. The virtual race allows competitors to race the course they want, when they want, and simply enter their results online. We encourage our students, families, staff and surrounding community members in fitness and good health.
Linglestown Middle School implemented the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) during the 2020-21 school year. PBIS is a national evidence-based three-tiered framework to improve and integrate all of the data, systems, and practices affecting student outcomes every day. PBIS creates schools where all students succeed, and funds raised by this event will help pay for the PBIS Rewards Application and positive rewards for students!
