In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the below signed, on behalf of myself and/or on behalf of my child/ward, intend to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and release and any all rights and claims for damages I may have against the race, and sponsors and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries or illnesses suffered by me in said event. I attest that I will participate in this event as a footrace, that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. If necessary, I will obtain my doctor’s clearance before undertaking physical activity. I recognize that a race is a potentially hazardous activity and accept my own personal risk. I will hold harmless for any damage they do to themselves or others during the virtual event. I understand that there is there will be no “on-course” support from any race organization or any other entity such as emergency medical services. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to use my name and likeliness, as well as any photographs and any record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion. This event will begin on September 1st, 2021 at 12:01AM and conclude September 30th, 2021 at 11:59PM. If the race is cancelled or if I cannot complete the event for whatever reason, I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND/OR MY WARD, SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
