In consideration of this entry acceptance, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive any rights and claims for damages against the county of San Bernardino, the town of Wrightwood, the Wrightwood Running Club, USATF, the Mike McKay Foundation, Prime Time, Melanie Premo, and any individual or organization associated with the Frightwood 5K, 10K and Mini Monster Mile event for any losses, injuries, death sustained by me in the event.
