The Old Fashioned Ten Miler and Flat 5K presented by the Wampanoag Road Runners

In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The Wampanoag Road Runners or orgainizations holding this event, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered at at this event or while traveling to or returning from. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event and am aware that my participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury. I will not bring skateboards, bicycles, scooters, inline skates or dogs onto the course, per USATF regulations. I give permission for free use of my name and likeness in any broadcast, telecast or written account of these events. I understand this event takes place in February in New England and may be cancelled due to weather. I also understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
