Grid Iron Grind 5k Fun Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kids Race

I know that running/walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run/walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to sagely complete the run/walk. I assume all risks associated with running/walking in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects fo the weahter, inclding heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road and/or trai, all such risks being knownand appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and iknowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Easthmapton Friends of Football Association, EFFA, and it's Board of Directors, and all sponsors, their representatives, and the successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the paersons named on this waiver. I have read the liability waiver and understand the inherent risks with this activity. Participants aged 11 yrs or younger must be accompanied by an adult. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am the Parent/Guradian of the entrant and amgranting permission for him/her to participate.
