About the Event
Forming part of the larger Independence Day celebration in collaboration with the City of Rosemead, this running and walking event is a welcoming opportunity for neighbors to join in celebrating their independence. Families will be able to start off their day in a physically fit way, by participating and joining others on this easy course through one of "Today's Small Town America" cities.

By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows: RELEASE. In consideration for the foregoing, I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, waive and release Pasadena Running Company LLC., Rosemead 5K, the City of Rosemead, USA Track & Field Assoc., all Rosemead 5K ("Event") sponsors, and their respective principals, agents, directors, representatives and employees ("Indemnitees") from all claims, damages, demands, actions, injuries, costs and liabilities related to or arising from my participation in the Event, including, but not limited to, any injuries that I sustain or inflict before, during or after the Event. I understand the risks involved in participating in a strenuous and hazardous athletic activity of this type. I represent that: I am in good health and physical condition; I have no physical or mental condition that would be aggravated or adversely affected by my participation in the Event; I have sufficiently trained for the Event; and I have been verified as fit by a licensed medical doctor. I acknowledge that INDEMNITEES MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE EVENT and agree that Indemnitees will not, under any circumstance, be liable for consequential, indirect, special or similar damages. Each of the Indemnitees may use my name, voice, picture and likeness in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of the Event for any purpose whatsoever throughout the world. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable, the bib number is non-transferable, and that, if lost, my bib number will not be replaced. If the Event is canceled by Pasadena Running Company LLC., due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or as a result governmental action, Pasadena Running Company LLC., may not refund my Event fees, and any accommodations made will be at the sole discretion of Pasadena Running Company LLC.
