Where can you park?
Unfortunately there is no street parking available. There are two pay parking lots in the
Navy Yard. �at the MGH lot or the Nautica lot. (Enter Navy Yard at Gate 5 to park).
How do you get to the Navy Yard? Where in the Navy Yard?
Enter at Gate 4 and you will see signs for registration, etc. (No cars will be allowed through Gate 4).

How about public transportation?
The Charlestown Navy Yard is closest to the orange line. The best stop is North Station from there cross the North Washington Bridge and turn right at the end of the bridge at City Square (Papagayo Restaurant and Emack and Bolio's Ice cream). Keep walking along Chelsea Street until you arrive at Gate 4 of the Navy Yard and you will see signs to registration, etc.
How about registration the day of the race?
If you want to register the day of the race or miss pre-registration, you can come to
registration any time after 7:30 a.m. the morning of the race.
When does registration start?
Registration is open by 7:30 a.m. the morning of the race in the Navy Yard.
When do the races start?
The 2k Family Fun Run starts at 9:15 a.m. and the 8K race starts at 10:00 a.m.
I just registered, will I get a t-shirt?
T-shirts go to the first 500 registered runners.
Do we provide refunds to registered runners?
We do not provide refunds.
Is there an age limit for the 2K Family Fun Run or 8K race?
All 2k runners under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.
You need to be at least 10 years old to run the 8K race.
Can dogs run?
No
Do we offer prize money to the 8K race?
Yes in the following divisons:
1st Male & Female - $100
2nd Male & Female - $75
40 years + Male & Female - $75
50 years + Male & Female - $75
60 years + Male & Female - $75
