Event Information
About the Race
This a coordinated effort between the New Bedford YMCA and Southcoast Connected. All proceeds will help benefit New Bedford Youth. The race begin and end at the Warming House at Buttonwood Park in New Bedford. This is a family event with kids activities beginning at 9AM.
T-Shirts
T-shirts will be available to the first 200 registered participants.
Course
This is a USATF certified course that takes place around the Buttonwood Park area. It is the former Louie's Run Course.
Number Pick Up
Number Pick up will be available on Saturday June 28th from 1-5PM at the New Bedford YMCA (25 South Water Street, New Bedford, MA). Pick-up will also be available Sunday, June 29th at the Buttonwood Park Warming House (1 Oneida Street, New Bedford, MA) before the race.
Post-Race
Dominos Pizza will be on site to distribute pizza after the race.
Kids Activities
Kids obstacle course will begin at 9 Am at the Buttonwood Park Warming House. $5 to participate. All ages welcome!
Awards
We will be awarding the top 3 male and female finishers. There are no age groups for this event.
