About the Race
There are three ways to participate in the 5K Run:
HUMAN: You wear a belt with flags that the zombies will try to take from you. If you complete the race with at least one flag you are a survivor! Survivors will receive a Subway gift card.
ZOMBIE: Arrive at 4 pm to be transformed into a zombie. You will be positioned in a location on the course. Your job is to get the flags from the humans.
WITCH: Be a witch who gets to cackle and run/walk while observing the zombie attack. Your costume could be as simple as a green face, long nose, hat or broom.
Youth age 7 and up can participant in this race.
This will not be a timed race.
About Brewer Youth Theatre
Brewer Youth Theatre is a program at Brewer High School. Nineteen students in BYT have been offered the opportunity of a lifetime.They have been invited to the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the world's largest arts festival. There, they will have a chance to tour both England and Scotland for two weeks and perform four times. The students must raise $120,000 to make the trip. Your involvement in the Zombies and Witches Run will make this possible. Thank you!

Brewer High School is a comprehensive high school of approximately 750 students from the City of Brewer and surrounding towns in grades nine through twelve.
