Online Fees for Registration
Please note, there are additional fees for registering online. The PTO earns $1.00 back for each online registration. This money helps to pay for the incredible service we are receiving, including allowing online registration, chip timing, bibs, and text messages with results. We thank you for choosing to register online and help our race run more smoothly!


Please note - you can print out a mail in form from our website www.cssrpto.org or pick one up in the front hallway of either SRE or CSS. However, you cannot receive text message results for the 5K if you do not register online. Thanks!
CSSRPTO 5K Family Fun Run/Walk

Free Health & Safety Vendor Fair from 9:00am-12pm
Race Registration 8:45am-9:45am
Race Starts at 10:00am
Where: Chestnut Hill Community School, 59 State Street

Registration MUST BE RECEIVED BY SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2015 to receive t-shirt.
*5K Run/Walk: $20 (Ages 18+)
*$12 (Ages 17 & under)
1 Mile Family Friendly Walk around CHCS Track: $10 (Ages 3+ thru adult) Strollers welcome at no charge! However, all other participants MUST be registered.
** If Registration is received After March 14th
you will not receive a t-shirt as part of your registration **

For the safety of all participants and attendees, we kindly request the following: all children be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the event, NO DOGS will be allowed, and only registered participants will be allowed on the race route.

Prizes for winning categories will be given out!

Additional T-shirts may be ordered separately. Some shirts may be available for purchase at race, but cannot be guaranteed.

In consideration of this application being accepted, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administration waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have against CSSRPTO and all other agencies, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered at said event or while traveling to or returning from. I attest I am physically fit to compete in this event. I understand that for safety purposes, headphones are not allowed to be worn. For the safety and comfort of all attending the event, I understand that NO DOGS will be allowed on premises the day of the event. I understand that the 5K route will leave school grounds. All participants under 18 years of age, must have a parent/guardian initial the registration acknowledging the waiver. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
