Clinicians
Tonie Campbell: Olympic Bronze, 3 World Championship titles. This 3 time Olympian who was ranked in the world’s top 10 in the hurdles for 11 straight years, and has been Managing Director of the USATF High Performance Center and presently is Head Coach at Southwestern College in San Diego. Coach Campbell has shares his knowledge and experience of hurdling with coaches & athletes and is one of the best on speaking on the hurdles.

Hazel Clark: 3 Olympics, 9 USA National titles. This 800m specialist is part of the famous Clark family known for their dominance in the women’s 800. Hazel has coached at University of Florida, Tennessee and now works with many youth programs through clinics like ours. She is an outstanding person who cares about kids like her father, Joe Louis Clark who inspired the movie Lean On Me.

Dwight Phillips: The 2004 Olympic Gold-Medalist long jumper is a 3 time Olympian and 5 time World Champion. In fact, his personal best of 8.74 meters, set in 2009, makes him the fifth best jumper of all time. Known for his long jumping Dwight was also an outstanding triple jumper and runner at Kentucky before moving on to Arizona State. If you are looking to improve your jumpers Dwight is the guy to hear!!

Janine Kuestner: One of the this countries young and outstanding female throwing coaches. Janine is presently the throws coach at Hillsdale College and has coached at Walsh University and City College of New York. You will find Coach Kuestner’s knowledge and her enthusiasm for the throws something that will “Pump You Up!”

Aaron Moser: A former All-American in the decathlon while at Miami who has spoken at many clinics. Aaron’s sessions are always energetic and knowledgeable especially for new coaches looking to do it right.

Bob Gourley: Called by many as the best high school weight and hammer throws coach bar none. His throwers at Barrington HS in Rhode Island are currently ranked 1 and 2 in the nation. Bob was recognized by the National Throw Coaches Association with the Ken Warren leadership award for his over 3 decades dedicated to the weight & hammer.

Mark Strawderman: Welcome back the 3 time PV All-American from the URI. Marks is one of the leading speaker on PV and always willing to share his experience and knowledge on the pole vault.

Rick Kates: The MSTCA Assistant Executive Director has been coaching for 28 years at Notre Dame in Hingham Massachusetts. His girl’s program have won 54 league, 5 State Division titles and were the 2014 Mass All-State Champs. Rick is a member of the Massachusetts Coach’s HOF, a USTCCA & USATF Level 1 & 2 Certified Coach.

Frank Mooney: One of the best HS coaches not just in New England, but in the country. Frank’s athletes have gone on to win State, New England and National titles, to HS to college All-Americans to Olympians. His teams have won many state championships in Track & XC. He is also the MSTCA Executive Director & Massachusetts HOF Coach. You want to know what makes a team tick? Ask Frank Mooney!!!

Patrick Swett: Presently the jumps Coach at UMass-Lowell this former Head Coach at Lowell HS produced 46 MIAA D-1 Champs. Swett brings high school experience to help the novice coach start off on the right foot.
