Race Day Registration & number pick up, will be held at the
Damaschke Field, Neahwa Park Oneonta 4:00pm - 5:30 pm
RACE STARTS AT 5:50pm outside Damaschke Field in Neahwa Park and ends promptly at 6:45pm
Runners entering the finish line without a bib, will not be timed!!!!
*Those registered by June 24th will receive a short sleeve performance race shirt. After that short sleeve cotton tee shirts are available while supplies last*

Each participant, and parent or guardian of youth participants under the age of 18 years, must agree to this Waiver for themselves and on behalf of any youth participant whom they are registering. Please read carefully. I understand that walking and running in races are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run or walk in the Oneonta Family YMCA Frostbite Run (the "Event") unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of an Event official relative to my ability to safely complete the Event. I assume every risk associated with participating in the Event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with Event participants or volunteers or with vehicles, the effects of the weather, and of course conditions, all such risk factors being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, do waive and release the Oneonta Family YMCA Outlaws 5K, the Oneonta Outlaws and its owners, the Oneonta Family YMCA, the City of Oneonta, the County of Otsego, Event timers, sponsors and organizers, and their representatives, agents, affiliates, employees and successors from all claims and/ or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Event even though such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I also grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photograph, motion picture, recording, or any other record of the Event for any legitimate purpose.
