About This Event
The Sgt Daniel Vasselian Memorial Road Race will be our second annual race to honor the sacrifice of United States Marine Sgt Daniel M. Vasselian. Sgt Vasselian was killed in action in Afghanistan on December 23, 2013, and received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star medal with valor for his heroic actions. All proceeds benefit The Sgt Daniel Vasselian Memorial Fund. The road race this year will begin and end at The Beaver Brooke School in Abington, Ma. The race has changed from a 5K to a 3.5 mile road race. Please visit www.dannyvfund.org for more information regarding The Sgt Vasselian Memorial Fund and it's mission.
T-shirts
The first 300 registered runner/walkers will be guaranteed a long sleeve shirt. All other participants will receive a shirt on a first come first serve basis the day of bib pick up. (Date and time of bib pick up to be announced)

Bib & t-shirt pick up
Bib pick up and t-shirt pick up for pre-registered runners and walkers will be Sunday November 8, 2015 from 2pm-5pm at The Beaver Brook Elementary School Abington.

Wednesday November 11, 2015 before the race runners and walkers are welcome to come for day of registration. Please arrive before 12:00pm for day of registration. Day of registration will be held in the gymnasium at the Beaver Brook Elementary School.
