Wicked Fun CareOne Lex Run
The 2016 Wicked Fun CareOne Lex Run 5K Run/Walk will be held Sunday March 20th, 2016 starting at 10:00 a.m. in Lexington, MA at CareOne Lexington, 178 Lowell Street, Lexington MA. Founded by Evelyn H. Lauder in 1993, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) advances the world's most promising research to eradicate breast cancer. BCRF has raised more than $575 million to fuel discoveries in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, survivorship and metastasis, making it the largest non-governmental funder of breast cancer research in the world. In 2015, BCRF awarded $48.5 million to support 240 researchers at leading medical institutions worldwide and an additional $5.4 million from the Evelyn Lauder Founder's Fund towards a global research project on metastatic disease. BCRF is the only breast cancer organization to hold an "A+" from CharityWatch, together with Charity Navigator's highest rating of four stars. By spending 91 cents of every dollar on research and public awareness programs, BCRF remains one of the nation's most fiscally responsible nonprofits. Portion of proceeds from this race will go directly to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Runners and walkers welcome -- tell your friends and bring the kids! Post-race party will be held at CareOne Lexington, 178 Lowell Street, Lexington MA immediately following the award ceremony. Please come and help us celebrate the first of what we hope will be an annual run! Food, raffles and fun!!
Course
The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. Race will be starting and finishing at CareOne Lexington, 178 Lowell Street, Lexington, MA. The course is a fairly flat 3.1 miles (5K). The course is paved, therefore strollers or baby joggers are allowed on the course. In addition for safety purposes no skateboards, roller blades/skates, bicycles, or animals can be taken on the course. Also note, this race will officially end at 11:30 a.m. therefore, anyone that is not finished at that time will need to follow traffic rules and regulations. Police officers will be done directing traffic after 11:30am.

Bib Pick Up
Bib pick up will be held on Saturday, March 19th from 1-4 p.m., and on race day, March 20th from 8:30- 9:45 a.m., at CareOne 178 Lowell St., Lexington, MA. NOTE: In-person registrations will be available at bib pick up and on race day. Additional $5 charge for in-person registrations.
Parking
Parking is available at Harrington School, 328 Lowell Street, Lexington Ma. There will also be parking on side streets where allowed.

Beer Tent and food after race will be at CareOne Lexington. Race timing provided by Racewire.com. Results posted immediately after race.
