I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against Project Child and Valley Youth House and any and all sponsors, benefactors, and officials of the Tortoise & Hare 5K Run / Walk for any injury or illness that may directly or indirectly result from my participation in the event. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event. I give Project Child permission to use photos or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
