About the Program
The Needham Youth Track Club Fall Track / Cross Country Program is open to children age 7-14 who like to run and want to improve their skills, while exercising during the Fall season. This year the program includes Cross Country, shorter track running, and field events. The program meets from 9:30 - 10:45 am on Sundays from September 10 to November 12, 2017. The sessions contain warm up followed by practice run(s), drills and warm down. Runners will be placed in groups appropriate to age, ability, and experience. We will always hold the regular weekly sessions even when they coincide with local cross country meets.
The season tuition includes an NYTC Fall Track T-shirt, all sessions, and coaching support at selected meets.
