I know that Participating in a road race is potentially a hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and the conditions of the road, trails, sidewalks, stairways, and all other pathways of the route, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Wright Memorial Hospital Foundation, Wright Memorial Hospital, the J.B. Wright Charitable Trust, the City of Trenton, sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the foregoing named in this waiver. I, and any acting on my behalf, give full right and permission to all the foregoing to publish, copyright, and use any photographs, motion pictures, record of this event for any legitimate purpose, in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form. I further understand that my entry fee is non-refundable. If I am under 18 then my parent or guardian must sign. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states.
