Waiver of Refund: I acknowledge that my registration fee will not be refund for any reason. Waiver of Liability: I fully appreciate and assume all the risks of participating in an open course race including death, or injury due to vehicles, falls, collisions, obstructions, animals, uneven pavement, weather, illness, or any other and all reasons. I am physically fit for the race I enter. I authorize race officials to provide medical attention for me at my expense should I appear in need. For injuries that I sustain, including death, I give up for my self and others acting in my behalf all claims against all sponsors and anyone else connected with the race. Waiver of Publicity: I agree that photographs and other images taken of me during the race may be used without payment to me. Rules Agreement: I agree to abide by the rules of USAT&F. Exclusions: I agree to use no skates of any kind in any event. I agree to take no pets or baby strollers in any race except the Smile Mile. I have read and understood all of this. I make this agreement and pay my entry fee in exchange for the privilege of participating under the race committee's conditions.
