Waiver of Liability: I hereby covenant not to sue and release, relinquish, waive and discharge, Freeway BV, Pryor Cashman LLP, P. Pohl Productions Ltd., Mercury Events, Saboteur Media, East West Bank, City National Bank and the City of Santa Monica, California their officials, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability for injuries and damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in the ‘Freeway-Pryor Cashman 5k Run’ event. I will additionally permit the use of my name, photographs, pictures, slides, movies or videos of me to be taken in connection with my participation in the event without compensation. I certify that I am in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent me from participating in the event, and all information provided in this form is true and complete.
