Run with the Troops RI

In consideration of the acceptance of my race entry. I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release all claims for any personal injuries or property damages that could occur at the Run with the Troops RI four mile run being held on May 4, 2018 and release Run with the Troops RI and all respective, parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns of the Run with the Troops RI, the Town of North Kingstown, USATF, sponsors, race officials, race organizers and all race volunteers and employees and their host employers and organizations who are working at, or for, or connected to the Run with Troops RI 4 mile run in anyway. I understand that since the Run with the Troops RI is a military themed event, there may be an increased chance of terrorist activity against any of the race participants. Further, I agree that any pictures or photographs taken of me by the Run with the Troops RI , or their respective agents, in connection with this event are owned by the Run with the Troops RI. I hereby waive all rights to inspect or approve the final product. I hereby irrevocably grant to the Run with the Troops RI or their respective assigns, the right and permission to use or license the use my name, likeness, voice, image or photograph of me, gathered in connection with this event, in any media or manner for the purpose of promotion of the Run with the Troops RI of their events and programs, including this event. *If this release is for a minor child under the age of 18, I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor. I consent to and agree to all of the terms on behalf of the minor and personally join in the affirmance of representations set forth above.
