LIABILITY WAIVER: The 2017 Mimosa Bay Turkey Trot is put on to benefit the MARSOC Foundation and is organized completely by volunteers. Mimosa Bay HOA has provided its facilities free of charge to facilitate this fundraising event. In registering for this event you certify all participants are of appropriate health to complete their registered distances. Neither the Mimosa Bay HOA, Mimosa Bay Turkey Trot volunteers, nor the MARSOC Foundation assume any liability for harm which comes to individuals as a result of participating in this event. PHOTO POLICY: In consideration of your registration as an athlete in this event, you hereby grant Mimosa Bay Turkey Trot the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish and republish pictures taken of you or in which you may be included, specifically including but not limited to distribution over the internet for illustration, promotion and editorial without compensation. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products.
