Dear friends and family,

If you know me at all, you know of my commitment to Abby's House, an emergency shelter and low income housing in Worcester MA. Abby's helps women and children find a place to call home. I will be participating in this 5K on October 15th and appreciate any donation you might be able to make to support Abby's House service to women with or without children. Thank you.

About 13th Annual Abby's House Hybrid 5K Run/Walk
Group/Individual fundraising efforts directly benefit the women and children who call Abby’s House home. Last year, Abby’s House hosted a total of 162 women and 43 children in our supportive housing and overnight shelter. Additionally, over 500 women, with or without children, used our advocacy services through referrals, walk-in appointments, phone calls or participating in Women’s Center activities. By participating in our virtual 5K Run/Walk, you’ll help raise critical funds to help sustain our shelter and supportive housing as well as the advocacy services that the women and children we serve rely on to help them move forward on their journeys towards healing and recovery.
