About HOPE LIVES HERE 5K RUN | WALK TO REMEMBER
When we experience the death of a loved one, the road ahead seems uncertain. The grief that follows is a deep expression of the love that we hold in our hearts for the person who is no longer with us in the physical world. The missing is eternal. At Hope Lives Here, the volunteers have experienced this grief and are on the path of healing. With empathy and compassion, our trained volunteers provide the vital peer to peer support that allows the bereaved to hold space for their grief while also receiving the acknowledgement from others that there is hope for healing. With your generous support for our Walk/Run to Remember this October, Hope Lives Here will continue its mission to be a place of comfort for adults in times of loss. As we move forward together, we will continue to work on creating a world where grief is consistently met with compassion, respect and understanding. Thank you for your support.
