On Nov. 23, I am running my first 5K to support the mission of the Cardinal Cushing Centers, which provides essential services for those with intellectual differences and/or developmental disabilities. Cushing empowers children and adults to reach their full potential as individuals, providing education, vocational training, residential options, and much more.
