This year I am the co-chair of the 28th Annual (and first virtual!) WAMDA 5K Walk/Run to Benefit The Food Bank of Western Mass. When I took on this responsibility last March, I had no idea we'd be planning this annual event in the midst of a pandemic, and totally shifting how it is happening. On top of that our community and Food Bank of Western Mass need the help more than ever. The Food Bank of Western Mass provide food to pantries, meal sites and shelters in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire counties. Every $1 donated to the food bank provides 4 meals. My goal is to raise $100 on top of the $100 I have personally donated, and if I go over that I will match those donations.
