Hi everyone,
Brooke and I are thrilled to be participating, for the first time, in the Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton's Annual Paws & Claws 5K Run/Walk. This is our first-ever 5K fundraiser, and because we have NOT become much more athletic than you remember us, we are doing it as a WALK.
We wanted to get involved because Baypath--in addition to just being a phenomenal organization that helps care for and finds homes for animals in need--has made a big impact in our lives. Four years ago, when we were feeling deep sadness from the loss of our dear Catfish, we happened to look at Baypath's website and find a pair of sweet pups who were looking for a home. Ty & Dash had lived together all their lives, and Baypath was determined to keep them that way. Brooke and I went to meet them one day, and, well... the rest is history.
Ty & Dash have brought, and continue to bring, profound joy into our lives every single day. And we know our Baypath story is similar to so many others who have had found the perfect addition to their family, thanks to the compassionate work that Baypath, its staff, volunteers, and foster families do every day.
Brooke and I both ask for your generosity, as we walk a few miles to raise money and help Baypath be able to help even more animals. We are so grateful for anything you're able to give to help support this wonderful organization. Thank you so much!!!!
