On March 19, 2015, the life of one of my Sorority Sisters and her family was turned upside down. The unimaginable happened- her almost 2 year old daughter- Sydney- unexpectedly passed away. Syndey's family, Mom- Heather, Dad- Shane, and Twin Brother- Logan, have made it their mission to honor their daughter/sister by creating a legacy to share the "sparkle" she had.

The Sydney Craven Memorial Fund is a non-profit organization helping to provide financial support to children and families in Bridgewater, East Bridgewater and West Bridgewater for activities that promote individuality, growth, and self-discovery. The annual scholarships given through this fund help children enhance their self-esteem and embrace their inner “sparkle.”

Heather is one of the strongest people I have ever met, and has honestly and beautifully shared this tragic experience and the life of Sydney through her eyes each and every day.

On June 18th, I'll be running a 5K in honor of Sydney, with all donations going to her Memorial Fund. I set up this page in hopes of bringing attention to the Memorial, as well as reaching out for support. Every little bit helps!!!
