I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer on September 15, 2016. All we can do is hold onto hope every single day and draw from inner strength to remind us that we can overcome the tough days. In between those days, there will be good days. Embrace the good days and put the tough days behind you. Each day you conquer makes you another day stronger. Keep going strong! I've signed up for my 1st road race on May 20, 2017 after recovering from cancer to support my niece's school ( Sacred Heart Weymouth ) , and I would appreciate it if you could help me reach my fundraising goal. About Sacred Heart School 3rd Annual 5K Run/Walk
The 3rd Annual Sacred Heart School 5K Run/Walk is a road race which will be held on Saturday, May 20th beginning at 9:30 AM. The race (chip-timed by RaceWire) will start and end at Sacred Heart School in Weymouth Landing and will utilize a majority of secondary (neighborhood) roads.
All proceeds from this race will go directly to supporting the students of the Sacred Heart School. We encourage all walkers/runners of varying ages and abilities to join us for a fun-filled morning!
