According to the FBI between January 1st 2016 - December 31st 2016, a total of 242,295 minorities were reported missing in the United States (out of 647,435 for all races). With the increase in numbers of missing children steadily growing at an alarming rate in this area, I find it especially important for myself personally to make an effort to raise awareness. My team welcomes everyone who would like to stand up for a very important cause. The lack of media coverage missing children and adults of color gets truly outrages me and it should outrage you too! It could be YOU, YOUR CHILD, SPOUSE, SISTER, OR BROTHER! We have to band together to make a difference, stand up for what is right and for the voices that cannot be heard!
