About Run to Read 5K Run/1 Mile Fun Walk
Center School is proud to host its second annual Run to Read Festival on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Center School, located in Abington, Pennsylvania. The event features a 5K Run, 1 Mile Fun Walk and Community Festival. Our 5K/1 Mile Fun Walk and Community Festival is a celebration of food, music and community.
Center School is an independent, K-8 school with a 28 year history of serving bright students who have language and/or math based learning differences, speech and language disorders, ADD or ADHD, auditory processing disorder, and executive function disorder. Students receive a personalized education using proven education methods to strengthen skills and build confidence. An enriching environment fosters growth, creativity, and self-advocacy. Most importantly, students learn to identify personal strengths and develop an awareness of who they are as learners. Our students go on to experience success in high school, college and beyond, enjoying satisfying lives and careers.
