School on Wheels Outrunning Homelessness Race and Walk

Keenan and I are participating in the School on Wheels Outrunning Homelessness 5K this year. We are giving our own donation to the cause, but we thought it would be so nice to gather the support of friends and family and provide an even bigger donation to this deserving organization. School on Wheels does great work with homeless children! It is an organization that Keenan, Taliah and I have volunteered with before and are very passionate about. Your support helps provide school supplies, tutoring and mentoring to children in our communities impacted by homelessness!

About School on Wheels Outrunning Homelessness Race and Walk
The Outrunning Homelessness Race/Walk is an annual 5K race and 2.6 mile walk held in April at DCR’s Borderland State Park. The Race was founded in 2011 by Dennis Harkins and the Oliver Ames School on Wheels Club. Free t-shirts to those who register by 3/31/17. Parking is limited, please plan on carpooling. All proceeds benefit School on Wheels of Massachusetts, directly supporting the education of children impacted by homelessness. The mission is to educate children impacted by homelessness by providing academic support and one-on-one mentoring so children can reach their full potential.
