Run Baby Run 5K

Hello Friends!

Please join me in raising funds for CCI Health & Wellness Services to help women be able to receive affordable prenatal care.

Prenatal visits are important for the health of both infant and mother. CCI Health & Wellness Services educates mothers on important health issues, such as their diet and nutrition, exercise, immunizations, weight gain, and abstaining from drugs and alcohol. CCI educates expecting parents on nutrition for their newborn, the benefits of breastfeeding, and injury and illness prevention, as well as monitor for health-compromising conditions, and help them prepare for the new emotional challenges of caring for an infant.

A donation to the cause AND/OR participating in the Run Baby Run 5K will help support the mission of CCI Health & Wellness Services, will help provide prenatal health to moms and babies in our community who need it the most.

The first annual Run Baby Run 5K will help raise funds and more importantly, awareness about the importance of maternal and child health in the national capital area.
