About CF5K
Cambridge Friends School is hosting its second annual CF5K, a kids fun run and 5k run/walk on Sunday, October 6, 2019. CF5K is a race with fun for the entire family. The day begins with a kids fun run at Cambridge Friends School, followed by a 5k run/walk at Danehy Park that will be professionally chip timed by RaceWire. Post-event festivities will continue at the school campus, with vendors offering complimentary services and samples, an awards ceremony for top finishers, and fun activities for all!
Funds raised from this event will support the Annual Fund at Cambridge Friends School.
Cambridge Friends School is a co-ed Pre-Kindergarten through grade 8 School in north Cambridge, MA, that started in 1961. As the only Quaker school in Massachusetts, Cambridge Friends School engages students in meaningful academic learning, while encouraging all students to develop their intellectual, physical, creative, and spiritual potential. Strongly rooted in social justice principals, the Cambridge Friends School community engages in anti-racist and anti-homophobic work both in our curriculum and in our community.
