Email Broadcast

  • The Email Broadcast feature is located when you first login to your administrative account on RaceWire. The link will be located on the left in the grey box
  • You can get back to this page which shows all of your events by clicking on the "Home" button in the top right of the screen
  • Here you can select any or all current/previous events in your account to send an email to.
  • To send an email you first select the check boxes of the event you would like to send a message
  • Next we suggest you select the "Unique Emails Only" Button, so you only send 1 email out to each email address. This is effective so families under one email address will only receive one email. If you are sending out a Bib Assignment Email we suggest you “uncheck” the Unique Emails Only? Button.
  • Enter a From Email – Typically the Event Directors Email
  • Enter a From Name – Typically the Event Director
  • Subject Line (ex. Bib Assignment Email for RaceWire Classic 5K)
  • Message – The message box allows you create and send an email message to your participant in the events you’ve selected.
  • Use the ,"Insert Value:" to personalize the message for each participant.
  • Selecting Insert Bib Assignment Template Email generates an automatic bib assignment email based on the bib assignments set-up in your RaceWire admin account. We suggest visiting the link in the email to confirm the bib number assignments before emailing.
