Welcome to the Jack's Abby & DFI Spirit of Downtown 5K Run/Walk
Catch our community spirit and support Downtown Framingham, Inc.'s mission to build business, community and culture. The inaugural Jack's Abby & DFI Spirit of Downtown VIRTUAL 5K Run / Walk honors the amazing advancements happening in our downtown, including its local murals, small businesses, community parks, friendly residents and more in this cultural, time-treasured area.
Registration includes:

Registration and Packet Pick-Up
Curbside shirt pick-up is September 9 and 10 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Jack's Abby Beer Hall (100 Clinton Street).
Registration is open through 8 pm on Sunday, September 20 at jacksabby.co/DFI5K. Can you also submit your race results through 8 pm on Sunday, September 20. Winners will be announced by 10 pm on Sunday, September 20.

-- The Virtual DFI race trail video is perfect for a treadmill run! The video will embark from sponsor host site Jack's Abby Beer Hall, heading south along Bishop before quickly heading west along Clinton and Clark streets. Next, it heads northeast along Lawrence, Grant, Howe, Bishop, and Hill streets. Then, it heads back southwest along Madonna and Longview streets before heading back east along Morency and Wilson streets. Last, it's a straightaway down Bishop Street south to Jack's Abby Beer Hall!

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Jack's Abby & DFI Spirit of Downtown 5K Run & Walk, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent
risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs
and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Downtown Framingham, Inc. and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and
assigns and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors,
that may arise as a result of my participation in Jack's Abby & DFI Spirit of Downtown 5K Run & Walk, including any and all
claims for personal injuries caused by Downtown Framingham, Inc.'s negligence.
Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures,
recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising,
without monetary payment to me. (This information is protected by the Privacy Act).
As the parent/legal guardian of the above-named Participant, I hereby waive and release on behalf of my child,
any and all claims, and causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Downtown Framingham, Inc. and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, by reason of
my child’s participation in said program, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by Downtown Framingham, Inc.'s negligence. In addition, I accept full responsibility for the care and supervision of my child during the above-described runs. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that this event does not provide for refunds in the event of a cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled before or during the event.
