Reliant Foundation 5K 2022

I understand that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume the risk of all bodily injuries, including death, resulting from participation, and personal injuries to me and damage to and loss of my property, including loss of use and any other indirect or consequential damages, resulting directly or indirectly, wholly or in part, from my participation in the 2022 Reliant Foundation 5K (the “Event”). In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and/or for a minor under the age of eighteen for whom I am signing, and/or for anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, release, discharge, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless Reliant Foundation, Inc. and all sponsors, officials, volunteers, and successors from and against all actions, suits, liabilities, claims, demands, costs (including legal fees and expenses) or damages arising out of my participation in this Event, whether the result of negligence of any of the foregoing parties or otherwise. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, video, or any other record of this Event for any purpose. I understand that photographs or video may be published or made available to the public and that Reliant Foundation, Inc. may not control the contents of any media coverage that results from its publication.
