In consideration for allowing me to participate in the Bridge the Gap 10 mile/5k/1mile Road Race, I, for myself and heirs and assigns, hereby waive and release the organizers, sponsors, Towns of Verona Island and Prospect, Fort Knox and all representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities arising out of my participation in this event. I assume all risks associated with running this event including but not limited to falls or injuries caused by weather conditions, traffic, and road conditions, in consideration of my entry acceptance. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this race event. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I understand I am not allowed to run/walk with my pet or stroller.
