In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, minor children, and anyone for whom I am guardian, hereby waiver, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages that I may have against the LOST 118 Mile Run, George Scott Maxwell, volunteers, organizers and any others connected with this event, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries which I may suffer while taking part in this event or as a result thereof. I attest and verify that I understand and have adequate knowledge of the risks and demands of participation with this event, and that I am adequately trained and physically fit to participate in this event
